I’m a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) who focuses on supporting clients through grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing and begin to find clarity, a sense of grounding, and a path forward.
Whether you’re navigating a deep loss, struggling with overwhelming thoughts and emotions, or facing a major life change, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and understanding. I’ll also I also gently encourage you to lean into discomfort when you’re ready, because meaningful change often begins at the edge of our comfort zone.
My approach is rooted in trauma theory and informed by attachment-based, emotionally focused, and somatic practices. This means we don’t just talk about what’s happening — we tune in to how it shows up in the body, relationships, and emotional landscape. I mainly draw from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic or body-oriented strategies, and attachment theory.
Healing happens in safe, connected relationships, including the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. Together, we can work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you, helping you build on existing strengths and new skills, to move toward a life that feels more aligned.
