I offer a free fifteen-minute consultation because I believe that finding the right fit is such an important part of what makes counselling beneficial. Individual Sessions, Adults - 50 Minutes
In Office, Walk-and-Talks, Online
In-office - I offer in-person sessions in upper Gibsons at the One Branch Therapeutic Wellness clinic. Directions and info are listed on the contact page.
Walk-and-Talks - Offered in three locations in Gibsons, Roberts Creek, and Sechelt. Walk and talks give the opportuinty to step out of the traditional office setting, get some fresh air, and connect with nature.
Online - I offer sessions online through the Jane App video platform to. Online sessions can be a great option for talking from the comfort of your own space.
Fees - All individual 50-minute sessions are $165 per session. Session fee payments can be made by credit card on file, or e-transfer, and are required to be made by same-day after completing the session.
Together we will figure out your counselling goals and the most helpful way to support you! I encourage you to book a free consultation prior to booking your first session to get a sense if we will be the right fit!
Reduced-Cost Option
I offer a lower cost option for to help make counselling more accessible for folks going through hardship where cost is a barrier. This option is availble depending on availability, as I can only hold a limited number of low-cost spots at a time. I offer the lower-cost rate for up to 8 sessions per person. Health Insurance Coverage
Many extended health-care plans will cover a portion of the cost for my counselling services as an RCC (Registered Clinical Counselling). I do not direct bill, but can provide you with a receipt to submit a claim for reimbursement. Check with your specific plan to determine coverage!
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee. Clients are requested to let their counsellor know if they will be late to an appointment. Your counsellor may cancel sessions if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
